Your attorney will represent you in the defense of charges in court including: attending all court appearances, obtaining legal discovery of police reports and evidence, supervising necessary investigations and reviewing results with the client, conducting all necessary legal research, filing appropriate briefs with the court, and representation at all necessary motions, conferences, and hearings. John W. Kerns will represent you at an Administrative Hearing in DUI cases, if necessary to the case.
Extra costs to the client are involved only for hiring others such as private investigators, evaluations, experts (doctors, etc.) and costs are only incurred after authorization by the client.
